HUGE Opportunity
- We recently opened a new location in a fast-paced, growing market, and we need a "Top Gun" to lead the team.
- You will lead a team of fitness professionals with experience ranging from weeks to decades.
- You will be working with our collegiate partners, providing support to universities' health services programs.
Our Compensation:
- Salary plus a performance-based bonus plan linked to the department objectives.

What we look for in our Fitness Professionals:
- Ability to drive New Member Training Units.
- Proven ability to hire, lead, and positively develop a staff of fitness professionals through teaching, demonstrating, and coaching.
- Proven ability to create a positive people-focused team culture.
- Knows the numbers and which levers to pull to hit and exceed department goals.
- Accomplished in growing a multifaceted organization, bringing together cross-functional departments, and creating synergy across the company.
- Selling specialist with an innate ability to self-generate business revenue.
Requirements
- 3-years’ proven work experience with the big-box gym environment – Required.
- 3-Years manging within the Fitness Industry - Required.
- Experienced in managing Sales, Training, Group Fitness, and Functional Training Departments - Preferred.

Local Position
- We will not be hiring out of the area; you must be a current resident within 30 Minutes of Ft Myers.
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
